Introduction

The Ghosts of Aspropirgos (Fadasmata tou Aspropirgou) is a group of volunteers who try to help the stray animals in the area of Aspropirgos , Greece.

Aspropirgos is an industrial suburb west of Attica , where hundreds of strays of every age are dumped , most of which are sick , tortured and wretched.

Our groups is handling the collection , transport , neutering , medical care , promotion in order of adoption and rehabilitation of these unfortunate animals.

Even though we have made several pleas to government bodies , no one has offered us any help , so the unbearable financial cost is resting on the shoulders of the volunteers.
